Your First Ice Bath: What Actually Happens

The first 30 seconds are the loudest. Here is how to move through them and find the calm on the other side.

Your body will shout before it settles. That gasp reflex is normal, and it passes the moment your breath slows down.

Aim for two to three minutes on your first plunge. Long enough to meet the edge, short enough to leave you wanting more.

Warm up naturally afterwards with movement rather than a hot shower, and let your body do the work.

Breathwork Before the Cold: The Wim Hof Basics

Breath is the handbrake. A simple round before you get in changes the entire experience.

Thirty deep breaths, a long hold, then a recovery breath. Repeat for three rounds before you step into the tub.

Never practise breathwork in the water. Do it on land, seated or lying down, with a facilitator present.

Once you are in the ice, drop into slow nasal breathing and long exhales. The cold stops being an enemy.

Why Cold Plunges Belong at Your Next Event

From conferences to festivals, an ice bath activation is the moment everyone talks about afterwards.

Cold exposure creates a shared story fast. Strangers cheer for each other within seconds.

We bring the baths, the ice, the facilitators and the music, so all your guests have to do is get in.

Branding options mean the activation looks like yours, not ours.
